At Get Nuru Gel, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Due to the nature of personal wellness products, we only accept returns for unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused
• The product must remain in its original packaging
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
